IN WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE BAGS MADE?

All our products are made of 100% bovine leather and lined with fabrics. The vast majority of the ironworks are made in samac with a 24 kt gold plating.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payments are processed by the online payment platform PayU, which accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Diners credit cards. Debit payments from savings or checking accounts are also accepted through PSE or payments in Efecty or Baloto points.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY DELAY?

The dispatch will be made within five (5) business days after the purchase is confirmed. Depending on the city and / or place, shipments can take 3-8 days.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You must enter www.fedex.com and in the box that says tracking ID, you must enter your guide number which you will receive by email once the dispatch has been made, with the subject: “Seguimiento de tu Buril”. If you have any problem tracking it, send us an email to ventas@buril.com.co and we will help you and inform you of its status.

CAN I CHANGE WHAT I BOUGHT?

Yes, you can change the products while they are in perfect condition and within 20 days from the date of your purchase. A receipt is required. No refunds will be made, but a credit voucher will be given for the value of the return. Discounted products do not have changes or returns, they are considered final sale.
